Mermaids Unite

Our pool is open and it's time to get in the water! It's also time to get a new bathing suit- maybe a new body too. haha. Here are a few from VS that are super cute! I've seen so many that I like, but haven't found that perfect one yet. It is HOT here today, so I just might have to stop by the pool before school!

Celine, Spring '09

Happy Friday! Here are my 3 fave looks from the Celine, Spring '09 show. The draping is amazing and I love the edgy accessories. I'm working on my final design project of the semester...it's very time consuming, but hopefully the end result will be worth it! I'll give you a hint...hotpants, bishop sleeves, watercolour....that's it for now!

Isaac Mizrahi!

This weekend went by SO fast! I was very excited for Saturday because Isaac Mizrahi came to Charlotte for the Liz Claiborne fashion show! He's the new creative director of the line, and they are trying to reinvent it and make it less of a "mom" brand. Before the show started, Isaac came out and talked to the audience for awhile. He's hilarious! The show was very cute and there were definitely a few pieces I'd go look at (see navy/white raincoat with polka-dot lining!). I tried to go meet him after, but you had to spend $150 on the merchandise first (don't they realize poor students come to these things too!?), so no dice. Here are a few pics from the show! Easter Bunny, I Love You!

Time to break out those pastels again, Chickies! I'm going to look for my pastel plaid suit, hiding in the back of my closet somewhere. It is GORGEOUS here this weekend, so if anyone needs a place to go, let me know!
