Puter Lovin'!

I had a sweet video conference with Jules the other day! It's so fun to be able to see each other! She showed me the cute hat she made! (SO adorable Jules!!!) Here's a shot I got from our convo- I'm in the bottom left corner, but I was sitting in the dark so you can't see me very well!

Emmy Fashion

There was definitely a lot of colour on the red carpet last night! I didn't catch the whole red carpet, but from what I saw, there were no major fashion disasters! Too bad, because you need at least a few to make things exciting! I guess it's because Lil Mama wasn't there...I feel like every celebrity should have at least one good fashion disaster...it keeps it interesting! It would be SO much fun to dress reeeally bad, and then walk the carpet like you are the hottest thing ever! Hopefully someday I will get to dress some fashion disasters...:)

Holly Hunter in Jenny Packham. I love this silhouette on her!

Nicolette Sheridan in Angel Sanchez. She is stunning and can definitely pull off all the volume in the dress! I like that her hair was not too "done".
This is a baaad pic of America Ferrara. This dress didn't actually look this terrible- the angle of the pic is just unflattering. The length is a little awkward too, but really, it was better than it seems!

Awesome colour choice Brooke! And you can't go wrong with Badgley Mischka!

I love Eva Longoria, but something was up last night! The dress is cute (LOVE Marchesa!), but the colour is weird on her and the hair is just yucky...or maybe it's the make-up too...well, there's always next time!

Julia Louis Dreyfus looked AMAZING! The colour, the dress, the hair, were perfect! Unfortunately, this picture doesn't do her justice.

I love this Carolina Herrara. It's simple, but makes such a statement!

This was my FAVOURITE dress of the night! Vanessa Williams looked incredible in this Kevan Hall gown. Her red carpet style is always cool.

This pic totally doesn't look like Heidi Klum to me! The Armani Prive looks amazing on her though! I guess she is "the body" after all!
Cynthia Nixon sometimes falters on the red carpet, but this Calvin Klein was gorgeous in her. The colour (slightly darker than this pic makes it look) was so good for her and the style was elegant, but fun!
I think it's the lighting that is making these pics funny, but this is another shot that looked way better in person- okay, on tv. whatever. anyway, Teri Hatcher's dress was stunning on her and she definitely looks more fit, as opposed to emaciated! She looks awesome!

The Weekend

For some reason, this weekend felt really cold- so I dressed in dark colours! Friday, I had a sewing exam, which went really well (I hope!). The rest of the weekend I have been doing lots and lots of work, with a few missions outside. 

I have a date with Gossip Girl in a few minutes because my late class on monday nights means that I miss it then! I downloaded a weeks worth of fashion shows onto my ipod touch- which I have to say is the funnest thing ever!- so I'll be busy this week! Anyway, I have to get my portfolio done too, so later skaters!

What can I say...I'm a toucher!
When I shop, I have to feel everything I walk by! I really badly want to touch EVERYTHING in this collection! The use of patterns, textures and colours is amazing- not that this was unexpected from Anna Sui, whose collections are always full of interesting and quirky pieces!
