Read Me

I looove books, and I think bookshelves can add so much character to a room. I just organized ours by colour, and every time I look at them, it makes me so happy! Recently I've had this obsession with built-in bookshelves (really not sure where it came from). One night I was walking past our neighbours house and saw theirs through the window. I just stopped and stared at it for a few minutes, and whenever I go by there, I always try to catch a glimpse of it. I hope they didn't see me because I'm sure that would have been creepy! Wow, I'm a bookshelf creepster and I totally just gave myself away...








I'm starting the second book in the Twilight series this weekend (just had to see whether the hype was true!) but I need some more suggestions for future reads so please send them!

Hello Snow Angels!

The BF and I were at the mall yesterday and we stopped into a bookstore that's closing. I pretty much never pay full price for books (and, well, everything else for that matter!) so when I saw these 2 books for 75% off, I couldn't refuse! I'm excited to read them and they'll be a fun addition to my collection! I'll let you know what I think as soon as I finish!

Early Christmas!

I cheated a little and opened my Christmas present from Joe's dad! I am IN LOOVE with it! He got me 2 books- one is Diana Vreeland's biography and the other is a BEAUTIFUL book of fashion photography compiled by Vreeland.
I am SOOOO excited to read/look at both!!!
I will start as soon as I finish designing the family room for my parents! I'm so excited about that too! (more about that later!) Good thing exams are almost done so I can focus on doing all the fun things I couldn't do during school!
mmm...books!
