OMG, Isn't this the PERECT valentine's day dress!?!? i need it! and it might be within reach...read on!
It's fashion month dolls, and definitely an exciting one! I'm so excited to check out my old faves and new designers! Some awesome erin fetherston news- she's decided to create a new line and a lower price point- that i actually might be able to afford! Here are a few of my faves from her Fall 2011 collection!

Dream Car

It is my goal to own my first car before I am 28. Yes, it's true. I've never had my own car! So sad! So when I do finally get one, I want it to be something I absolutely LOVE! Um, pink Mini?! YES PLEASE! Okay, so I probably won't be doing any super dope customizing just yet, but here's my little dream car. sigh...

Showertime

My bridesmaids threw me the most AMAZING shower last weekend! It really was better than I could have ever imagined! The decorations- all pink and orange- were super fun, the food was delicious, and I got to hang out with all of the most important women in my life! The 13 hour drive home was definitely worth it, although the drive back was pretty rough!
The shower definitely made all this wedding stuff seem a little more real and I'm so excited for the next few months!

Pink Makeover

Hi Loveees!
Wow, it's been a busy few weeks! I've had some awesome visitors, taken some fun trips, tried on some more wedding dresses, watched my puppy get bigger every day, and buried myself in school projects! Oh, and some random projects as well! Val and I got our guest bathroom all ready for some PINK STRIPES!!! Here's the result, but don't judge yet, because it's not complete yet! I'm on the hunt for a chandelier and some fun accessories! Updates as soon as I'm done!

Sisters Recommend...

I got the Urban Decay Sustainable Palette a few weeks before Chrismas and liked it so much that I had to get one for my sis! (So sad we live so far away and can't share anymore!) We are both ALL over the amazing colors- all shimmery, but some more so than others. They are so smooth and the pigmentation in amazing! Also super blendable. We both highly recommend it, with four thumbs up!

PUPPYTIME!

We are trying to adopt a puppy and I'm SOOO excited! The BF promised that we'd start looking after Christmas when our house would be set up and ready for a new little friend! Here are two that we will find out about in a few days! Aren't they just heartbreaking?!?!

Glass Magic

What girl doesn't dream of being Cinderella?! Being swept off your feet by some dark, handsome prince...well, if that hasn't quite happened yet, you can start off with these Maison Martin Margiela glass heels- just make sure you get a pedicure first! They are pretty pricey at over a grand- per shoe! But just one displayed on a luxurious pillow is all you need to keep the dream alive, right!?

Lost Lobster :(

I was waiting for this sweater dress to do on sale...but now it is sold out everywhere! I hate when that happens, but I wasn't about to pay $275 for it, unfortunately. Anyway, isn't it super cute!? I don't know what it is about lobsters...they are just so funny!

Inspiration Station

I could sit online all day looking at beautiful things...We are decorating our house and it is SO much FUN! Last night we painted the living room a blueish-grey colour and it is totally cool! Next is HOT PINK for the dining room! I'm sooooo excited! Here are a few pics that I found around the net that I also LOVE!

Love this makeup! Conveniently, just picked up a lipstick in this color a few days ago so will be trying out this look very soon!

Pink Perfection

The other day, I picked up this super pretty Sonia Kashuk case for my makeup brushes. (Loving Target and their special makeup artist collections!) I'm in LOVE with the pattern and the silver clasp detailing. I haven't tried any of her makeup, but I do love the brushes. They're good quality and very affordable. If anyone has tried anything from her line, I'd love to hear some reviews!
Also picked up MAC eyeliner in Coffee (It's a dark brown- obv, hence the 'coffee' name). I was tired of black, and brown is just much softer for my light skin- but still dark enough to wear out at night. Also love it- the pencil is super soft.
Dangerous though because there are several other MAC products that I fell in love with as well...you'll see them soon! xxx

Sweet Tooth

I didn't grow up knowing what kind of wedding I would have...what my dress would look like or what my colours would be. I'm not getting married (yet!), nor am I even engaged (hopefully soon! hehe) but the one thing I do know is that I want a CANDY BUFFET!
I think weddings are all about the personality of the couple, so how can you really plan it before you meet 'the one'?! Now I always knew the guy I'd want to marry would be a dessert guy! Actually, it's more of a prerequisite. Yes, here it is...my deep dark secret. I once broke up with a guy because he didn't like dessert. There, I said it. But really?! Especially as a girl, how fun is it to pig out on dessert while your BF stares at you strangely? NOT fun at all! haha. Dessert is for sharing, people! So yes, my BF loves dessert and there will be a giant candy buffet. Whenever the wedding happens!

SuMmErTiMe!!!

SO happy to say that yesterday was also the start of SUMMER! Time to hit the BEACH, people! It's finally warmed up in Toronto too (about freakin' time!) and now we can get out our summer stuff for REAL! I know it's Monday, and we're all headed to work, but here are a few inspiration pics, to get you thinking, dreaming, planning the days and weekends off! Eye Candy Spectacular!

There is something for every vacation activity in Lanvin's Resort '10 collection from daytime jumpsuits and sneaks, to flamenco gowns- and I would definitely love to have ALL of it! I love the neutrals with pops of bright colours, and the monochromatic outfits, the ruffles and bobbles everywhere...I tried to pick just my faves, but most of the collection ended up here! The lookbook is adorable...the black and white background makes the clothes pop like crazy. For the destination bride, the dresses are amazing....hmmmm! And if you're travelling with your BFF's, try a little colour coordinating!!! LOVE.....Alber always knows what the ladies want!
